Trouvers have been creating simple yet effective arrangements for good songs. Three voices and one guitar plus audience involvement.
Trouvers select songs from a variety of songwriters eg Billy Mitchell (Lindisfarne), Tasmanian songwriters eg Rory Campbell, Shaun Pearce and perform 'Last of the Old Holdens' written by Les Graham (Victoria).
Themes include aboriginal issues, social justice and activism plus love songs.
Trouvers understand that for every songwriter there needs to be a thousand interpreters.
Trouvers are your interpreters.
